The narrator sounds like he is just reading a script, and something is wrong. Wherever he says "trial" he means "trail". The rider is just shifting weight inside the turn, probably out of habit from riding a sportbike. The technique works fine on a bike like this on the road, just remember to do the opposite when you take the F800 on the trial...er trail.
