Went to the sites you gave - the first page isn't available anymore and the second required you to 'buy' winzip'. Tried to open with adobe but it was the wrong file type. Opened with notepad (don't ask why lol) and I got the cool matrix characters. Oh well enjoying the hell outta this so far thanks alot.
This is the best tutorial (well actually the only tutorial) that I found effective to make matrix text of my own. It turned out awesome! Thanks a million for posting this!
Actually that's a really good idea. Not sure why I hadn't thought of it myself. I'll see if I can do something by the end of the week and post it up!
In the meantime, if anybody's created something they'd like to show off - send it to me and I'll consider posting it to the Matrix page on the 3photoshop website!
I always try my best to be as articulate as possible, so I appreciate your feedback. This is one of my first tutorials so the audio quality wasn't as good as I expect. I've made some improvements since (new mic, pop filter, recording software etc) and things are hopefully sounding even better on some of my more recent videos.
im having a problem i found the text and it looks all good but when i download it and try it out it looks nothing like yours or like the example on the website
I'm afraid Photoshop Elements doesn't have the 'layer masks' feature, although it can be imitated with a nifty little effect from the About website. Unfortunately I can't paste the link here, but you can either do a yahoo search for 'elements layer mask' or email me via youtube or the 3photoshop website
Hi , I got a problem, maybe I´m stupid or something. I got photoshop elements 5.0 but I can´t find the "add layer mask" button .(it isn´t where it is on your video) plz help me! >_<
I take it you're using Windows XP. Go to Start>Control Panel>Fonts. Then inside the fonts application go to File>Install New Font. You need to have the font unzipped and in a location on your hard drive where you can find it. Restart Photoshop and you should see it available in the fonts list. Let me know if you have any problems?
