was the dog hit earlier.....maybe he would not move due to injury?

@68Earthgoddess -he was ok. Both dogs hang around that neighborhood and act like they own it. When I went outside about 10 minutes later they had both wandered off.

Unbelievable that the dog never moved with all that heavy traffic:I'd have thought a person would have moved him off the road.I hope he was ok.

@gjsterp I think he did. I didn't see them (the 2 dogs) when I left the hotel later on.
