I could see green arrow, but Cap. is legitimately super powered. He can lift something close to 1000 pounds, has heightened reflexes and perfect tactics and hand to hand fighting. He fought through nearly the entirety of WW2, was frozen for decades (which would kill a normal person), and fought on still alongside the Avengers, and then Shield.

Evolution. I hate sounding like such a nerd, but kryptonians are just extremely evolved humans who are sensitive toward solar energy. The red sun they had did not give a lot of energy, so they were just like ordinary humans. But any kryptonian when exposed to a yellow sun, which emits more energy than a red one, will gain superhuman abilities (Kal El, Kara Zor-El, Zod, etc). All this is what I have drawn from the comics.
