Its one thing acquiring Westwood Studios it's another dropping funding and support then canceling all their projects, Motor City Online, Earth & Beyond, Renegade 2, Unkown MMO, Redesign Generals mid way through development and place C&C3 on hold, then closing the studio down and merging with less experienced staff and forcing all the founding members to leave.

Electronic Arts are a bunch of scamming assholes that just wanted to keep the name and dissolve the company and its employees.

Evidence suggesting that there are only 3 Psychic Dominators:

Watch the Yuri's Revenge intro again; shortly after the Psychic Dominator on Alcatraz Island fails, you can see Yuri in front of three control sticks. One of them (the Alcatraz Psychic Dominator) is already activated. Yuri then shifts the other two controllers to activate the Psychic Dominators in Egypt and Antarctica. We also see two cutscenes of the Egypt and (presumably) Antarctica being activated.

Furthermore, in both cutscenes of the first Allied and Soviet missions, Lt. Eva and Lt. Zofia explicitly make reference to only two Psychic Dominators:

Lt. Eva says, "Yuri's forces have successfully detonated 2 of his Psychic Dominator devices, turning much of the planet into mindless Yuri drones."

Lt. Zofia says, "The traitor Yuri has activated 2 of his Psychic Dominator devices. Cities around the world are falling under his power."

You can then see tons of red dots on the map at major cities across the world, which are supposed to represent the areas that Yuri activated his Psychic Dominators at.

Since there are 3 Psychic Dominators in all (but remember that only 2 were successfully activated by Yuri), the only explanation I can think of is that both Psychic Dominators are a hell of a lot more powerful than what you see in-game. They affect a larger radius and can hit multiple major cities at once.

If Yuri managed to activate the Dominator on Alcatraz Island, every major city around the world would have been affected and the whole world would have been lost.
