Im a licensed Vet Tech and Ill tell you all that the cat IS NOT getting aroused OR disliking the treatment at all. There are a few areas on a cat the he/she cant reach well and when you scratch them there they LOVE it and vocalize that. My cat does the same thing when I scratch a certain area on his back.
