This is French acrylics not manicure. 1. Cut and buff nails 2. Find a nail tip that fits your nail 3. Super glue it on 4. Cut the nail tip to the desired length 5. Brush on Primer (caution do not let it touch the skin, it burns) 6. It seems to me that she put a thin layer of acrylic powder 7. White polish for the French tips 8. Put acrylic powder on the whole nail 9. Wait until the acrylic is dry then buff the surface Alot of the things mentioned in video has changed since 2008
