In the USA, if you're wearing the harness for safety and not for looks, you can get around the "street legal" requirement by leaving the stock three-point belt in the car and wearing it over the multipoint harness. It won't be doing much, but if a cop pulls you over you are wearing your DOT-legal belt and in compliance with the law.
Depends on your seat. A lot of seats don't have loopholes for harnesses. A many racing seats don't even have holes under your crotch for a 5 point conversion.

I don't know They are on par with APC, Megan Racing, and other crappy brands.
Don't bother, spend a little extra cash and get Schroth for $165 a set; DOT approved.
Harnesses are for safety, not bling, so don't cheap out.
