I tried fighting off 250/horde of em with the director panic commands so they keep coming all the time. I actually got through a few lvls . but u get so slowed down and stuff that there only way to get them out of the way is well throwing pipes bomb or throwing a molotov on the ground under u or grenade launcher right on the spot where u stand and run fast lol

and i run everything maxed out 4x AA 1680x1050 and i have a constant 60 fps even with horde and molotov all over the room

During normal play I have everything maxed out, including AA, and I'm holding about 120 - 160 fps.

Nice! How did you get that many zombies to spawn though? Makes me wish my computer could handle that. Also you were guaranteed a 5 star rating the moment i heard enter sandman playing. But the sheer amount of zombies would have been enough to do it otherwise.
