I have an aversion to people referring to thinking as "processing", it creates a distance from the actual emotion for me; maybe it's just language, I don't know.
Only suggestion is maybe even just a brief history of Greg's situation with his parents would help the viewer see the larger picture. I know that may be too personal to put on YouTube, but just an opinion. Excellent discussion otherwise!

Hey I really like this, being able to see the person calling in. There's something about being able to see the physical interaction of the coversation that deepens the contents that much more. Thanks for going the extra mile guys!
