  • A) Don't call your clip followers trolls. You hadn't even visited the posts in 4 days previous to your reply. Can one troll their own clips? :pondering:

    B) Get a new Agent. No reason to throw the COMPANY under the bus for the failings of a poor AGENT. He sounds as if he was absent and disconnected when he shouldn't have been.

    C) The company is greater than the efforts of one person and that fact should be recognized.

  • @AverageNine You know what your right....i have judged the whole book by its cover. I need to be more direct with my dis content..... it is the adjuster not the Company. These adjusters i believe may be a supplied by a sub contracted company named Assistplus who deal with several companies. I do however firmly beleive that the Insurance company needs to shoulder some the responsibility for the failings of any company they allow to represent them. I have partnered with them with this adjuster

  • @teamsarcasm and his failings. I truly hope they do use the feedback i have provided them to properly resolve and prevent future short comings. I will not be changing insurance providers over one poor dealing though i wont soon forget this incident and should there be additional issues in the future i will no doubt reflect on this when making the desicion to move on. Im willing to work through failings and be part of a solution as long as there are efforts being made on both sides.

  • @teamsarcasm I will also correct my own reactions and responses to the feedback i recieve. As I said i have reacted allowing emotion to fuel my rage, something im aware that I do, am not proud of and am working to prevent in the future. Having admitted to this, i extend my applogies to you and the rest of those who may feel like watching, replying etc. You are not trolls, simply a person who has and is entitled to an opinion. I appreciate your feedback, and would encourage you to continue to

  • watch & comment. I do hope that at the very least my story & others like it show ppl thats its important to patient & understanding but also to the companies themselves that there is a lot of work to be done to minimize the negative impact of poor customer dealings. I have learned over the years that perception is incredibly powerfull & has a huge impact on our day to day lives. The scary thing is we have little to no control over it. We all need to keep that in mind, citizens & corperations

  • I'd remind you that aside from the call center which took my intial call and put the call out to the restoration company, the agent/adjusted himself did not contact us at all to say when he could or could not attend our home to judge and or guide us on the next logical step and or process involved. We had to contact the insurance company several times before even benefit of a visit and or call back. A simple this is the name of your adjuster who will be on contact with you in said days, etc

  • @teamsarcasm would have been appreciated. I dont expect anything extra, I do certainly feel very fortunate that we didnt suffer any worse than we did. Im curious do you have any personal experience with a simllar type of loss or what have you ? Can you share your experience so i could compare, as I have said several times in all of these videos that I have none to compare to ? Or would you just like to troll and comment... I admitt my videos are prob' a bit emotionally fueled, both by the.

  • @teamsarcasm event itself and the continuous stream of lines and excuses we continue to this day to get..... nearly 3 months later.... please do share why you felt compelled to troll the video's and comment casting judgement.... please enlighten me

  • Reserving judgement after already posting previous posts the same day the company "sucks"

"Adjuster was a nice guy, very helpful, great complements for the insurance company's suggested and recommended repair contractor"... yep those all sound like reasons to hate on your insurance carrier.

Should they have been there prior to 7 days? Perhaps. Not like with terrible rains that anyone else was actually displaced from their homes while yours was contained to a basement. Certainly not, eh?
