pay equity is not a human right. who is the government to tell employers at what rate they can hire employees. it is supply and demand. it is racist and/or sexist to force people to accommodate to these constraints. Economics is artificial, it is not protected as a human right, human rights are self-evident and inalienable, economics change and are a matter of opinion and ideology. The right to be free from the slavery of capitalists and exploitation is one expressed in the freedom of the birth of any individual. Also, you undermine our own economy by reducing the purchasing power of the people
