If anyone ACTUALLY listened to a WHOLE Perry Nobel "sermon" or "message" in full.. then you would know he DOES speak truth! Haven't has anyone on here ever heard "Love your Neighbor" which means LOVE EVERYBODY, and Judge not!? Doesn't seem so by your fruit. If you don't like this guy, don't watch! It's that simple!

mark driscoll doesn't preach the gospel!? you're either deaf, blind, wicked, uninformed, or clueless if you truly think that.  You have obviously never actually listened to more than clips of his or blogs written about him instead of actually taking time to ACTUALLY listen to a sermon series of his.

@lillylars How many times have crowds, or even a single person, approached the front during a sermon asking "How can I be saved!" as they did when Peter gave his first sermon?

There are FAR more laughs and claps than genuine tears of repentance at Driscoll's church. Words mean little, POWER means everything. One can be a perfect theologian and speaker of the gospel but have no power!

Remember what Paul said about wisdom of words and power.....

Ok, HONEST question to please answer so we can walk through this logically: do you attend either of those churches or know someone who does ATTEND... not just "read" about? Answer me that, please.

If Paul is your litmus test then remember, he had whole towns and cities turn a deaf ear to him. Does that make him more or less successful?!

Paul also started riots. Paul also preached with tears. Paul was so adamant people thought he was a lunatic. He was a raving, crying, loud and serious man.

Have you read Acts? Did you fail to notice that they were ALWAYS together in the temple PRAYING? Everyday they gathered to pray for HOURS.

This happened during 1906, perhaps you should learn how the Church should function

The gospel isn't pretty nor does it "feel good." I do not know much at all about Perry Noble but Mark Driscol preaches the gospel, is NOT seeker sensitive at ALL... in fact he tries to CLEAR seats at times through messages on the role of men, etc. He NAILS guys to the wall who aren't leading their homes correctly... and he is righteously angry when doing so... he sees some pretty crappy stuff and hears some pretty rough stories as do all pastors.

@lillylars Which is why his Church runs on a human tailored schedule; which is why prayer sessions to not last long into the night. Corporate prayer in this church almost certainly does not last hours, and as in most churches preaching takes precedence over prayer. (Pray without ceasing, not preach)

I am not going to lump him in with people like Perry, but he is certainly no Evan Roberts....

Seriously...read about how church operates in Wales during the 1906 revival.

Just another money-driven Shuller-ite turning Christianity in America into a needs based non-gospel. Shuller inspired two of the most heretical 'pastors,' Hybels and Warren, to focus on man centered 'growth' programs with a watered down non-gospel. In turn, they launched 'the careers' of many non-gospel preaching heretics such as, Perry Noble, Ed Young, Mark Driscoll, Rob Bell, and endless others. Unless this nonsense is stopped, in time, people increasingly will not recognize the true Gospel.
