How long do you think you could hold the camera without the X-10 Arm and Vest?

It was clearly much smoother with the Glidecam, though you didn't manage to stay horizontal. Have you improved your technique with a little practice?

I've got a HXR-NX5 which is a similar weight, and I'm looking at the Glidecam HD-4000. Looks like it should be able to cope okay.
