This happens when you downloaded it from countries like Germany, where the game is censored. If the lines I gave you don't work, just wait for an update, or you can look in the Steam forums, a thread has been created about it.

This doesn't make the new css sucks, this is ridiculous. At the beginning of an update it's normal that for 10 improved aspects you got 1 or 2 problems. Those problems will be solved in the coming days/weeks. Be patient guys !

explain how a bug does this animation very nicely.

this is unlike the ones when players don't animate, and stand with hands stretched to their sides, making a cross-like pose.

this was definitely planned by valve for censored versions, in case they had to, luckily they didn't need to, but the animation is there.

hell, you could turn this animation on back then.

the BUG is that, i can't turn it off, not the animation itself.

@iROXthSOX I know this is the BIGGEST PIECE OF SHIT.... What they did to CSS is worse then what 9/11 did to the US. All servers are 66 TIC and there are no mre mods..... (No more Gun Game, there's NOTHING LEFT)
