I've been going to Rudy's pretty regularly (Will be there today for a late lunch).

Believe me they do plenty of business. The weekends are always jammed packed with people for the brunch menu. Late night is all sorts of fun with $1 Beers an tons of Pixar folk go there for lunch on the week days.

Not to mention the UC Berkeley crowd, punkers, and other kids who love great food.
