It is, that's why people who think this is fast need to start over from the VERY beginning of guitar. Power chords are one of the easiest things to get used to especially when there isn't a complex pattern at all..much like this song.

You're missing the added 4th on F and Ab, and A# and C# are major chords. But sounds cool.

No.... kurt used powerchords. he would on occasion stick his little finger in some random place (usually across the top 2 strings 3 frets above the root of the 5th he was playing) such as in drain you but thats it

men....you don´t do it exacty as it is....you have to learn the mute part better when you do the first mute part..you play more times than the real version..listen carefully....you can´t teach the song if you don´t get it exacty

what kinda sound are you getting? you might be hitting harmonics instead of muting. try using all 4 fingers on the strings or changing the position of your hand on the fretboard

there are different boards that you can get to plug into your comp. that upload whatever effects were used in the origional song, i bought one about a month ago and its already loaded...they range from 300$-alot
