Why not setup GWOT Veterans with Green energy jobs ?

I am an Iraq Vet, I'd love to see a renewable based energy infastructure in America, and I sure as hell could use a full time job.

I was an infantryman for 8 years and I am confident I can do anything I choose to do. I'd love to install solar panels, wind turbines, geo-thermal water heaters, etc.

To me this is common sense and a huge investment for every American.
