Start small by putting your naked feet upon the sacred ground, hug a tree, plant something and be joyful in it's growth. Choose not to react in a negative way to the situations that occur in your life. We are all connected people,trees,animals, swimmers birds and rock within the sacred hoop of mother earth.

I was a rainbow warrior but lost my light and power of love inside my heart and went to darkness because of my bad thoughts and also because I met my teacher in this life who tell me the truth about me and I didnt listen to him. Losing everything is about healing the fears and panic ideas that keep us trapped. I'm there too but it's not "everything" that I lost. ;o) I still have everything I love. Love is the key no matter what emotions come up. We are love OR blocked love. And we just need to simply think (about) LOVE or what and who we love, especially our true selfs. Thought is what blocks and unblocks it.

i had experiences similar to what you are saying...stopped watching tv and any scary or loud action movies or listening to any hardcore music for about 4 months about 10 years ago...had become very very sensitive to lower vibrations in sound and feeling, etc. and could sense agitation physically from lower vibrating "unhealthy" processed foods, sugar, caffeine, etc. my mind-body-spirit was rejecting all such things.
