Argubly, K1 has been the best thing that has ever happened to Fuji music. Undisputable talent, but like someone said,in early '80 and through mid-90's, KWAM1 had no match. Like we know no king lasts forever. That said, i still dove my hat for his talent.

I had never heard of obesere or osupa or malaika who are all caliing themselves king in one way or the other. Omo atijo ni K1 one and most of the people he had been praising and mentioning their names were the ones which the new fuji musicians are just mentioning. he make way and creat way for most of the little ones.

K1 sang in the USA in 1990; in london in 1987. K1 may not have the best of personalities, but he certainly deserves a whole lot of respect for taking fuji to an unprecedented level positively. @K1ofASIA My broda,the problem with obesere was that he taught that his rapala style will overthrown K1,which cannever be.Even pasuma sings shaje music more than him.Can you imagine in one interview when obesere said that the only people he respected was barri and kola,and that him and wasiu are mate and followers of bari and kola,what a shame on him,i knew shefiu,rasheed ayinde and ayuba before him.Obesere is snake under the green grass n just buying things for other musician for him 2b praised
