@derrace Its not really OP because Ryu actually dashed forward after the focus attack then did the Ultra. If he didn't dash forward he wouldn't have connected with it. So it really shows the skill of the player to read that his opponent was going to dash back so he was safe to dash forward and pull it off the ultra that quickly.
