Just to clarify one thing: The reason you can't find this on the Jesse James soundtrack is that it was never made for that film! This song, by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, was produced for an Icelandic/British theatre prodcution of Kafka's Metamorphosis, by Vesturport and Lyric Hammersmith theatre companies. It's the opening tune of the play. And it is called 'Marty's song', not 'Mary's song.' Can someone please correct the information for this video?

you're right, it does play during the end credits, but the song wasn't made especially for this film. If you go to Nick Cave and Warren Ellis' website, go to Audio-Visual and you'll find the song under the name Marty's Song (Metamorphosis), i.e. the theatre play I mentioned. great song.
