I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! Every time i see this it makes me wanna just go to Paris.

i saw a few comments that "eiffel tower must be accompanied by that company allowing you to use their copyright for a fee" is it just videos? how about when taking a picture of the eiffel tower?

Built in 1889 and named after Gustave Eiffel, the designer, architect and engineer of Eiffel Tower. It was criticized before by the french as an eyesore in paris, but the criticisms died down after the tower was completely built. Now, a tour in paris wouldnt be complete without going to eiffel tower.

Great night shoot timelapses but...

I read years ago that, whoever did lights layout design on Eiffel Tower had all rights reserved on publishing night shoots. Does anyone know if this still stands since I still think it makes no sense?

Hi, yes you are correct. The light design is still copyrighted. Meaning any commercial use of any photography taken at the eiffel tower must be accompanied by that company allowing you to use their copyright for a fee. I know it's messed up. I actually never travelled to eiffel tower before for that reason. I hate the idea.

Anyways, this though isn't a commercial product and I'm sure youtube is aware of the fact.

Did you know that the Eiffel Tower was only supposed to stay up for one festival? The engineers of this fine masterpiece were going to demolish this skyscraper after the festival was over, but somebody (I forget who) wanted it to stay up, so they kept it up. Now there's a radiotower on top!
