It is true, the CCCP spent millions to monitor the internet and hire an army of "official commentators," known as the fifty-cent army (those deadbeats are paid fifty cents per comment) to counter the effect of free discussions among ordinary citizens. Dr. Kao could be sent to concentration camp if he were not a British and American citizen. Ha bloody ha!!!!
