  • Thank you very much Jason for the taking time to make these videos!

  • By far the best tutorial I've found on the internet, cheers!

  • Hmm - having trouble with the silkscreen. When I try to select the text DCJ0202 on the silk screen, it is always selecting the top line of the Jack there. I am having to (even at relatively high zoom levels) click quite far away from components in order to get the right object. its as if text on the silk screen has a low priority in the selection order. However, I've noticed that text has a little anchor Crosshair, and clicking that instead of the text seems to nearly always work.

  • Great videos!

Got me kickstarted with the Eagle software!

  • Jason, where does making a Bill of Materials (BOM) come into play with EAGLE? As critical as everything is in the entire process of making a PCB, I would like to review a detailed list (BOM) of every single component used to make the PCB, including value, tolerance, material, etc. Also, can you instruct a board house what brand of component to use? That is, can you tell them to use Texas Instrument components and not National Instrument or Phillips, etc.?

  • Yea number 10 lesson...thanks
