Mininova is not illegal. neither is owning utorrent. this video is completely irrelevant. the only illegal thing about torrents is downloading pirated movies, games etc. that kinda stuff is really bad (LOL). also, utorrent is completely stand alone, you can download utorrent as an EXE without a setup program.

With programs like limewire (in later years) you always get some kind of spyware because the developer can not make money without introducing whenusave and other crap.Uttorent ++++++
