i saw a 2009 tahoe on 82 east bound looked is that the new tcap unit? i know they use to be white this truck was gray like the trooper cars

MHP mainly uses white tahoes for TCAP and the motor carrier divison and CRASH team. But its certainly possible they have grey also.
