This video coincides with what I've been thinking lately, after having watched various videos since I joined the net last year and having spent some time thinking about the subject. Looked at lots of audio/visual illusions on YouTube, which demonstrates that the brain pretty much tricks itself. And what made the brain? The universe itself. So the universe is tricking itself! Well, it's what I'd do to make my existence more bearable if I was infinite! Nice vid anyhow : )

The fact that feeling comfort-weight-density in the body does not make any sense at all should be enough proof that everything is illusion. How can this sensation come from a physical object supposedly made of atoms ? How could atoms distinguish different levels of comfort? What is real is the sensations that we observe subjectively. There does not have to be an out there. Just believing that an out there separate from us exists is all it takes for us to experience all of life's potentials.

The fact that my cells are continuously changing(10 million every second), and my whole body is new every 7 years is proof enough that I am not this body. What keeps those cells from scaterring all over the place. What keeps them grouped? What keeps atoms "grouped" together ? The more you ask fundamental questions related to quantum physics and reality as we know it .. the more the concept of matter breaks down ....
