  • @ 0:36 it's Mitchell!

  • I like them all. Each Bond actor made for a different kind of Bond film. I love all the films and all the actors. I would change nothing about Bond.

  • 26whitewolf I think Lazenby represents better the charactar of the novels than any other but Dalton and Craig are good performances the problem i see is that Dalton was to hard, too rough and Craig is too sarcastic and in some point you want to punch him (if you can...).

About Moore, come on... i mean you're right most of the films he made as Bond are comedic but some are good like FYEO or AVTK.

  • Just like Craig, Dalton performed Bond the way Fleming intended: serious, gritty, brutal - NO CAMPY SHIT like moore's movies. Too bad he didn't get the praise craig got, they were equally the best bonds for me. And anyone who truly knows the bond carachter should agree.

I enjoyed Brosnan and Connery's potrayal, but nowhere they're better than dalton and craig. And don't come with roger moore shit, all those movies was bad and the people that enjoy this shit are the ones mostly disliking dalton.

  • @26whitewolf i couldnt say it better

  • @ElectricBlueCitrus THere were few, but then again how many more death/actiony jokes could they have came up that weren't already done by Moore or Connery. Even Lazenby had some. And when Brosnan had jokes in Die Anither Day, they were kinda corny. Im just glad that even the few he had in his two films that they weren't corny. Besides after reading the books, i dont think fleming intended him to be funny.

  • @ElectricBlueCitrus I liked Goldeneye, Worlds Not ENough was better than TOmorrow, Die Another Day was ok, but i didn;t ike that he was like a pullstring toyfilled with crappy one liner jokes. I do prefer Dalton, he should've been Bond when he got the chance in OHMSS or at least durring FYEO. I would've liked to have seen him in that one.

  • Dalton's Bond IS Bond. Simple as that.

  • @srb9 Dalton was NOT Bond. He was shit.

  • @ANOTHERHOLEINYOHEAD shit you have in your brain..............

  • best of james bond for me

  • this was daltons best film though he only had 2

  • very good trailer and film, but the bond music in this trailer is from live and let die.

  • @33GoldenEye lol no its not it's the james bond theme tune and this is the official trailer that was released when the film was.

  • its truth that for your eyes only was dalton`s movie as roger contract was expired..but the producers brought back him..octopussy was supposed to his last movie as per the new contract but still he was brought back in a view to a kill. if i say timothy would have done it would have been different cause roger looked awful in the movie..GOLDENEYE was dalton`s movie..but he lost his interest in the movie after such a long delay...if timothy would have done goldeneye he would have been a mega star

  • no matter what people says... but this is pure truth that TIMOTHY DALTON... brought back the real james bond from the novels...not a funny clown like roger moore.....

roger moore must have taken retirement after octopussy if not....he must have done movie in this order..

    1 live & let die

2 the man with the golden gun

3 the spy who loved me

    4 moonraker

    5 octopussy.... thats it.

dalton must have done for your eyes only view to a kill... till goldeneye

  • @ALLYDAEWOO Surely you mean 'should' rather than 'must'?

  • @SnakeOnAPlane MUST HAVE DONE IT ! MY MISTAKE.

  • great movie! but they used the music of live and let die here, pretty weird:(

  • this is my favorite for sure

  • One of my personnel favourites. I love all the scenes simply because they're not typical but REAL James Bond like.

  • What is the actual meaning of "The Living Daylights"? I'm swedish, and translated to swedish, it doesn't make sense!

  • @skrikon

The term "The Living Daylights" is an old idiom that originally was just "daylights" and used to mean someone's eyes. So, to darken someone's daylights would mean to do physical harm to them. It has morphed to become "the living daylights" and is used as a metaphore as in to scare or to beat the living daylights out of someone.

  • One of my favorite Bonds! The intro is one of the best and Dalton is excellent.

  • ah dalton the forgoten bond, pretty good film though and i loved that austin martin

  • My favorite Bond movie

  • Hell yeah, much better than the "DANGEROUS....DALTON...DANGEROUS" trailer.
