I cross the US Border 3-4 times a year into New York state and I've never had a problem with a CBP Officer. They've always been professional. As long as you have a passport and no criminal record and make them feel safe (ie. roll the window down, look in their eyes when answering and keep your hands visible) than you shouldn't have a problem. Remember that you don't have the right to enter any foreign country, it's up to the Customs officials to determine if you can enter.

I have very bad experiences with CBP, they treated me with no respect i have been treated like as i was a criminal, i did my best to understand that their doing their job but why they have to be rude and intimidating, however not all of them infact the person who was treated me was on training.. he was kind of showing up that he is incharge...

Custom are very mean and rude, they like to abuse and harrash people, and denied people enter to their county so they can make lots of money. When you got denied by them, you need to apply for the US waiver, it costs a lots of money now.
