He drives up behind the car they are in and with his track, pushes the car with the triads in the ocean. I found it hilarious and should have been in the movie. If you want to check it out for yourself, just go to the second disc in the special edition DVD and you'll find it there

just watched my dvd of big toruble in little china and i noticed a deleted scene that should have been in the movie. It takes off after Jack and the others escape lo pan's place and it involves Jack getting revenge on the triads who jumped him in the airport. Kim Cattral's character says "light are green, you can go now" and jack sees the triads on the dock which jack decides to settle the score.
