I was wondering about that as well, especially since they keep switching back and forth between saying she's been working there for 2 or 3 years. The ages of the children and the age diffrerences actually don't remain constant, either. Maggie was sometimes 15, sometimes 16, and now she's sometimes 16, sometimes 17. It confuses me! Brighton aged very fast as well.
