awesome I had tried melting aluminum for so long without satisfactory results.Most of the time it ended burnt up. I was aware of the problem but I it was unclear to me how to solve it. Now with some insight on the design on your device I can melt and cast my own aluminum pieces. Thanks for sharing your skill, knowledge, and experience.
you should just drop all 1;2;3... to movie maker and make one longer vid. :) looks nice.

the metal is burnt because you do not have enough air to feed the fire.
