then ichigo gains godly powers, and no one can feel anything from him. i guess it makes sense.

I think it's all to do with Ichigo being a human/shinigami hybrid, he is the only one we know about (besides Yuzu and Karin..)

That could be why he's so special, the only one who could feel Aizan's power, the only natural Visored (the rest were created by the Hōgyoku), he was captain level within months of gaining Shinigami powers also probably the most powerful character when he is in post-Dangai form..
