No, not just a hollow pipe, but some T shaped fitting.

Is the workpiece is a tube or a solid cylinder? If it's solid cylinder, so the part forged in your video is only half of T-fitting.. am I correct or wrong.
It's a solid cylinder, so they have press at the top, but also on the sides. (those require higher pressure)
So not just a half fitting, but all in one step, after that they can drill the hole further, add thread if required and sand it of.
