  • did he kissed his own mother?

  • dahhh fuuucckkk?

  • I NEED to watch this

  • Every individual between the ages of 12-19 should see this film. But, really everyone should see this film. It's one of the greatest ever made.

  • i have a jacket like that <3

  • James Dean was really sexy!!!

  • You're tearing me apart!

  • DAMMIT !! I very much dislike that actor daddy!

You can't go around slapping Natalie Wood !!

I would like very much to kick Natalie Wood's actor daddy in the balls.

Dammit, James Dean, you gotta quit kicking Thruston Howell's ass. You're tearing Thurston Howell apart!

BWAAhaha! the crooked yellow lettering in this trailer. And the goofy ass music.

I hereby proclaim this vid "Movie Trailer Fail".

  • My Mum was talking about James Dean last night.

  • So this is the movie my dad has been provoking me to unwittingly act out all these years?

  • dramatic music for the win :D

  • Looks like really crappy acting.

  • @zabag Trailer doesn't do it justice.

  • 0:48

    YOU'RE TEARING ME APART!

    .....Lisa.

  • R.I.P. James Dean, Natalie Wood, and Sal Mineo

It's a total shame that these three had tragic accidents but they surely made an impact that will last for many generations.

  • baby jsbhfizuskjfbg

  • Watching this commercial free right now. I love this movie.

  • Boy..... If...

    ...I had one day....

  • ...When I didn't have to be all confused....

.....And I didn't have to feel that I was ashamed of everything....

  • ....If I felt that I belonged someplace. You know?

  • James Dean is great!!!!

  • Damn that cursed car.

  • Sexy James Dean! :D

  • this is the best antidote for the victims of the car crash that was.... grease XD

  • Could somebody please upload this moviev on youtube, that be great!

  • Seen this movie a few times now. The talent James Dean had was tremendous. Read a book on him too, what a sad story.

  • seems more like a horror movie rather than a love story xD

  • The father's reaction is hilarious. "Since when? Since I got to be 16??"

"STOP THAT!" Wow! 50s ultraconservative extreme polarization of gender roles and parent-child relationships. Lol. "I don't want my teenage daughter kissing me cuz it'll feel like incest."

  • LOL. You call this a trailer?? It only showed clips from like, 3 SCENES! O.o

  • what a badass

  • the living room is the same set from tea and sympathy i'm pretty sure

  • This trailer pisses me off!!! 0:31 got me mad >=/

“Of Today’s Most Vital Controversy” ??? WTF!!! This movie came out in 1955…So James Dean rebelling against his parents is America’s most vital controversy?? UHHH! what about the Civil Rights Movement!!!!!!!!!!! UGH the media pisses me off so much!!

  • @MangaNarutoFan1 hey this movie wasn't just about rebelling against his parents, it was about the roles, the importance of a role model which is the father for a teenage male son, it was already controversial for the roles of the genres since we are talking about the 50's and this at the same time is transversal to all times in matters of teenage conflicts, the importance of identities, importance of a family, there are many things in this film which a related to roles we all fulfill & r necessary!

  • @nikitaxs1 You may have a point but Gender Roles and identity was not the "Most Vital Controversy." How can anyone judge that anyway. To minorities it was not. But to Caucasian America it was. That's all i'm saying.

  • @MangaNarutoFan1 remember its the media of the 1950's. segregation wasnt a very big concern for most americans. and the movie is about gender roles and how they affect youth.

  • god james dean is a hotiey

  • bad resolution choppy sound gross clothes but WOW THIS LOOKS AWESOME!! :O

  • The best Bi actor of all time!!

  • James Dean was so incredibly sexy !

  • @couturebabex33 I know

  • James Dean is what every modern male actor wishes they could be, even his death was special, how many actors die driving a sports car (porsche)?

  • what was that one movie made in the 80's about kids in the 50's? please let me know

  • @JMort95 sandlot kids?

I suppose you didn't know this was made in 1955?

  • @pixbyeli GREASE was made in 1978 & i'm quite shocked you got it wrong, i suppose you didn't know this was made in 1955?

  • YOU ARE TEARING ME APART DINO!

  • in finally found this jacket!

  • he wuz so hawttt ;D

  • movies back then gave away too much in the previews

  • I SEE MOVIE NOW JUST WOW I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED BEFORE 55 YEARS

    PERFECT MOVIE

  • im 18 and used to do plays at my old school but stopped when i transferred. my bf convinced me to audition for this upcoming one. and i just found out that its rebel without a cause =)

im goin for lead. there are 4 monolauges for the audition to pick from; dramatic/angry, self absorbed, whiney, and dissapointed. it has been long time since ive seen this movie. which should i do??

  • @dizzyjersey92 See it again? Buy a James Dean boxset? Absorb the general atmosphere of his movies and adapt to them? Love these films and watch obsessively?

    I dunno, it's James Dean.

  • Great classic!

  • Great classic!

  • having parents that could amost be grandparents because there much older is a challenge in itself almost because its difficult for them to understand. having filipino parents born in a much different era doesn't help either. A culture clash along with a generational difference is interesting in a way. movies like this can really be relateable and thats why i love movies like this. I'm 18 and i feel like i can be in his (Dean) shoes almost.

  • You're tearing me APART!

  • ALL THE CAST IN RABEL WITHOUT A CAUSE DEAD TOO SOON

JAMES DEAN DEAD IN 24, SAL MINEO DEAD IN 37 AND NATALIE WOOD DEAD IN 43

  • best teenage-movie ever !!!

  • "you better give me something, you better give me something now"

  • This is one of my all time fave movies, I LOVE it!

  • I think if James Dean survived it was possible to become better than Brando and has done wonderful work of film in the sixties and seventies

  • One of my favourite movies ever....Forever a CLASSIC!!!

  • How did Mr. Howell escape from Gilligan's Island?

  • @Shukria123 Lovey went off with the Witchdoctor...

  • i finally found the red jacket... it pretty much looks the same as the one from the movie - and it took me really long to find it.

product placement isn't allowed here, so i'll give a hint to find it.

    i call my jacket "ivy"

the designer's name sounds like hill fingre... but it is written a little different.

    ;-)

    good luck.

  • Haha, I got a picture of him in my room, and I love it! :D

    - Well, sorry Im ask, but the roman by Willard Motley "Live fast die young" has a movie based on it, but what is it named? (Sorry for my bad english, but Im danish) x)

  • @TrioMember1 The movie and the book are both called "Knock on Any Door"

  • I wish I could time travel ...

  • what is burning there at 1:05 ?!^^

  • @bendisi His big fat juicy cock

  • I'm shocked nobody has made a "YOU ARE TEARING ME APART (Lisa)" joke yet.

  • @TheHonp I totally agree! Its not the same though, he needs long black hair!

  • Never saw the movie but this trailer doesn't really raise my expectations, of course it was made long ago but it seems more comical as promising.

  • The sexiest rebel ever and one of the greatest movies of all time. A timeless classic!

  • I just love the Bold Yellow titling spreading across the screen covering the scene! i just love it.

  • James Dean is a legend who will never die.

Some people are larger than life.

James Dean is one of those people.

By the way, this is an excellent movie.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • omg hottest boy around

  • Those who think kids don't ahve the same problems as James Dean has in this movie has forgotten what it's like to be a kid...

  • @FuckWorkdays Don't worry.. My Auntie, who loved James Dean's, movies viewed Rebel Without A Cause five times!

  • Um....it was the 50s.

  • i am sixteen and wish i was born in the sixtees. those were the days...........

  • :47 YOU'RE TEARING ME APART [LISA]!

  • @KingBurgermon Oh hai Rob, I didn't know it was you

  • @KingBurgermon hahaha

  • i gotta see this movie

  • Philip J Fry's clothing of a red windbreaker jacket, white t-shirt and blue jeans is based on James Dean's outfit from Rebel without a Cause

  • @Alhamidawi really?

  • Rest In Peace.

  • with that red suit, white undershirt, and jeans on he kinda looks like Fry from futurama

  • Rather watch any of Dean's films than any of Laughtner's or Efron's

  • You are tearing me apart Lisa!!!

  • How sad that James Dean died 2 months before this movie came out.... ='(

  • too old to watch for the first time now :P

  • most of those captions read like Engrish.

  • James dean was cool w/o tryin.he was sensitive,w/o being soft..this was 1955 and people still dress lol him frm the hair to the jeans n white tee smh..rip my dude

  • I just saw this heartbreaking classic for the first time. James Dean tears me apart...

  • September 30th 1955! Its been 55 years today and the Legend Still Lives! I first saw this movie on Easter Sunday 1980 and automatically became one of my favorite all time movies!

  • James Byron Dean

    February / 8 / 1931 - September / 30 / 1955

  • @parlotte33 LISA!!!!

  • Wow, James Dean was gorgeous.

  • I think I am the reincarnation of James Dean.

  • wow such a long trailer, with like a complete video clip lol and big letters haha. still looks interesting <3

  • i wonder what would happen if james dean lived

my prediction become the greatest actor ever

  • @kmysterygirl maybe. but at the same time, his death imortalized him. but you're right. it's too bad he couldn't have really been here physically to see how much he is loved- how much he will always be loved by the world and filmmakers/actors. everything happens for a reason, as the old saying goes.

  • hahah the writing! the writing is so lame!!!!! haha

    what an awesome film though.

  • Im 17 and i love old movies! I cant get enough of them! I rather watch a old film classic than some dumb movie today where everything is nothing but one big joke and all about sex ,violence and foul language. Thats y i love the classics it dsnt mention any of that stuff and it has meaning. I was def born in the wrong generation! Luv james dean:)xoxoxoxo

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean same here, but i´m 19

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean

haha exact same here just that i'm 16^^

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean you and me have a lot in common. :)

  • @a192589 really??? that's awsome!!!!=)

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean

im with ya man... i wish i was born in the late 30's instead of the mid 90's

  • @dansnikolayevich im sooo glad you agree with me!=)

  • Comment removed

  • @lilmiznatt Don't think that! There is so much to do now... you give life meaning yourself! I agree about entertainment now though, it's ridiculous. Embarrassingly bad!

  • @lilmiznatt ur a fucking faggot bitch

  • @Kaboomz19 Woah, keyboard hero.... impressive (Y)

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean There is good movies today too, maybe you look at the wrongs places. But it's true that popular movies nowaday are crap and classic, well there's a reason why they are classic :)

  • @xaliicemovie ur right! like true grit, 3:10 to yuma, slumdog millionaire etc... there are good movies out nowadays but i prefer older movies=)

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean

I know exactly how you feel

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean I'm practially 14 and I'm obsessed with classic GOOD old films- everything had such class to them, didn't they???? same thing goes for a lot of music. It's hard finding youngsters these days who can appreciate good stuff like this!!! :(((( i think our generation in the film industry has grown in a good and bad way. a lot of movies are just SO immature and worthless- i mean what's the point?? the 'classics' are timeless. i wish i lived in the 50s. well- i can dream, can't i?

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean omg! im thinking the same thing.. why was i born in the 90s?? i'd love to live as a teenager in the 50s! just sayin..XD

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean finally some one who agrees with me

  • @dystopian786 thanks!=)

  • @SamLuvsJamesDean

o yeah, im 19 and i have the same ''problem'' :D

  • He was so handsome.

  • well that looked corny

  • Yeh I agree. whether you r 13, 15 or 50 you can always love and apreciate incredible films as long as you are a true movie fan and have that sort of maturity to you.

  • I watched this for the first time when I was 13 and I have loved it ever since. Amazing film! One of my all time favorites!

  • So sad that all three main leads had such tragic deaths!

  • The trailer looks a tad dodgy but i heard it's unreal so def recommened yes? :) Love James Dean.

  • powerful SO POWERFUL … sensitive SO SENSTIVE

  • @snapy48 hahahahaha

    isnt he sexy??

  • james dean, what every teenage boy aspires to be like

  • @R0FLtaco yea, not one bit wtf r u talkin about.

  • I wonder when movie trailers started being good

  • saw this in class

    loved it

  • The greatest movie and actor ever. Everyone's been trying to copy his coolness since the day this movie came out and they've all made it less cool.

  • @RebleWithoutACause he hasnt got a coolness, thats why he's cool. he didn't give a shit. p.s EPIC NAME SPELLING FAIL.

  • @yhmcrbwoii Hey dumbass I had to spell rebel that way because Rebel without a cause is taken. Why don't you think before you try to talk shit. Go listen to some gay soulja boy song. p.s SAYING EPIC FAIL DOESN'T MAKE YOU COOL YOU RETARD.

  • Lol "You are tearing me apAAAAAAAAART!!!!!!" He sure looks upset xD

  • James Dean is such a badass!

  • I was surprised that there was so much I could relate to in this movie... even though I'm a teenager in a very different era.

  • Dennis Hopper (Goon), Steffi Sidney (Mil), and Corey Allen (Buzz), all died withing the past few months...R.I.P.

  • Communists in Hollywood were behind this film and many others. It was to cause a 'Teenage Rebellion" against their parents and society.

  • YOU'RE TEARING ME APAAARTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The captions in the trailer show how much bigger peoples attention spans were back then. Now people need catchy slogans and jokes and shit :P

  • Mr Howell!, lol.

  • :48 reminds me of The Room!!!!!!!!

  • i love this movie because it tells about the 50's teenagers that he became the rebel life! :)

  • i want to see this but damn, the trailer is so freaking cheesy

  • @OMGitspattyrick aggreeeed

  • GORGEOUS!

  • Who ever would compare him to zac efron is a dumbass!

  • @cat419 damn right zac can clean james' shit with his "acting"

  • @cat419 If I had to say someone in this era I'd probably go with Johnny Depp. You rarely find actors with a charisma like that.

  • @cat419 Or maybe Heath Ledger, especially given him being a gay icon through Brokeback and the tragic young death.

  • @Ben1107 he wasn't gay u dumb piece of shit

  • @TiG3Rooo Haha easy mate. Neither James Dean or Heath Ledger were gay, but they were both gay icons. You don't have to be gay to be a gay icon.

  • @TiG3Rooo he was a bit bisexual, right? and james franco and james dean are alike, DUDE! :D

  • @cat419 but we can compare James Dean to James Franco, right? :)

  • @spongey100 not at all.
