@BrootalMetalBanjo This guy is their new vocalist. Psycroptic's originals vocalist was Matthew 'Chalky' Chalk who did Isle Of Disenchantment and Scepter Of The Ancients. This here fellow is Jason Peppiat :D Slightly different vocal style but still great, and the band is still fucking amazing live!

How do all these guitar players get so good with their picking hand? I have so much trouble with my right hand. Its really difficult to get it that quick and still be precise, its like theres a mythical secret technique that only a few people can figure out. 5 stars on this vid by the way, it sounds perfect and their songs seem so full even with one guitar.

Flexing your bicep and SLIGHTLY flexing your labrum will add stability to your arm will aid in making the pick strokes more narrow to where they are barely passing over the string...that's what works for me.

Pepo is fuckin heaps better then Chalky. Since Pepo has been in the band, they have toured Europe with the biggest names in Death metal.

Also keeping in mind when Glen Benton had to go back to the USA, Pepo filled in for him on more then one occasion.

"Terrible vocals. That's the thing about death metal". Typical response from non-metalhead.  Different types of growling are one of the elements of the music of death metal. But yes, Peppiett (Psycro's new vocalist) is crap compared to Chalky. I'd go so far as to call him crap full stop. I can't stand Symbols of Failure compared to Scepter and Isle. Saw Psycro b4 Chalky was booted and he absolutely goes off on vox.
