Oy, what's up with Jade? I looove her but she's not a vegetarian. It's really irritating to hear year after year some person go "I'm a vegetarian, I only eat fish!" How hard is it for people to get that when you eat flesh, of any animal, no matter if it's from a cute and cuddly animal or an ugly and scaly animal, that you're a friggen omnivore.

I'm irritated by it because Jade refused to eat sheep in a previous episode, but thinks it's perfectly fine to eat fish. They're both animals.

A lot of vegetarians supplement their proteins with some kind of meat....usually fish or chicken. So I wouldn't call them hypocrites. It's just what they do. Although if they're going to be vegetarians and still eat some meat I don't see the point in being a vegetarian, but still that's how it is.

Vegans don't eat or use any by products of an animal. That's includes leather and dairy.

BMI's bug me. Someone could be packed with muscle, extremely healthy and weigh more than another person of the same height and weight who don't excercise at all. It's not completely accurate in the health of a person.

Also, being a recovering anorectic, standing 5'6 and at my lowest 94Lbs, my BMI was always a bit higher because I was a fanatic about excercise. This including strength training. My abundance of muscle made my BMI misleading.

Just because they are not cute and fluffy does not mean they are not animals.

The agents we see on the NTM series are a bit harsher and lack personality than the agents in the real world. I think the producers tell them to act that way to prepare the girls for what they COULD come across in the real world. Most other agents they'll meet while not on the show will be professional but definitely smile more and display more personality :)

lugging your instruments down a hallway for 1-2 minutes of course is not exercise, but walking 3-4 hours with maybe a 5 minute break every 2 hours would be exercise.

Carrying 25 lbs of instruments from home to school and through the campus all day then back home in the evening is a lot more work than trawling around a mall for a couple hours, dear. But it's still not 'exercise'. You'd have to be the laziest person ever to actually try writing off the mall as exercise. 99% of people at the mall aren't doing enough work to actually get their heart rate up, so it doesn't count unless you're powerwalking through the place with a load of bags.

ibkod, shoppping or lugging your instruments down the hall are both a hell of a lot more exercise than doing nothing at all. A lot of people, especially in the U.S. drive to their office job, sit all day, drive home, make dinner, sit in front of the t.v. and then go to bed.
