  • You look great! I've been researching calorie shifting(aka cycling, zig zag etc.) and I understand the concept but confused on some things. Every website I go on that talks about this technique does it differently! Some say alternate between high and low on a day to day basis.  Others say go 5 days low and then 2 days high, others say just eat your maintenance as usual but have 2 consecutive low days! which is it??? How long till the body's metabolism will reset itself??
