This is great early Jackson Browne. I think his lyrics have evolved through the years, and Jackson has found his inner voice to an even greater extent. But these beginnings are great -- I have deep respect for J.B. and the belief he must have had in himself, the work he did to develop himself and his song.

Wow! This is a great song! A prime example of the early JB, you might say. So many great lines: "I must be my own friend"..."Here I am, I got the rest of my whole life to understand"...I read somwhere that JB don't like the nina demo's because his voice isn't good, but I think his voice is great here; full of emotion and longing...thanks for posting this! peace and love.
