Speranzella Fujiyama is the younger sister of 'ASpernziella

which was followed Speranzella 2 °, then the second Speranzella which had 2 x 400 HP V-drive and Speranzella Interceptor and the third, which was then called Fujiyama. These boats builtby Canav of Anzio, site no longer exists today,were designed by Ing. Renato "Sonny" Levi andpurono milestones throughout his brilliant career as a designer of unique and offshore boats and fast, highly innovative technical features.

I believe this boat was originally owned by a washing machine manufacturer who acquired it from a offshore powerboat racer. It was berthed in North Wales and as a boy I remember it well (if this is the same boat) though I thought it was called Asperenzella. It may be it was a sister boat but I remember it like yesterday. Those engines. A pal of mine's father had a Fairey Hunstman at the time. We were very into these power boats and were founder members of the local powerboat club.
