i watched the whole series and i think kurama would be the girl and hiei would be the boy wat do u all think and i am on my 2nd time watching ones u get past the part of when yusuke gets hit and comes back to life then i gets intersting when i watched the show i was about 7 or 9. but after i found it i love it.

for the manga or doujinshi they use black for kurama's hair color.. since they don't do it in color. ok some do and still have it back cause it's just how they wanted it to be so it doesn't off set everything.
