Ages (Yugas) , the cycles of time and consciousness

I dont think you can equate kali yuga to iron age in the greek civilization. Kali yuga is the age of destruction,corruption & famines...Great wars will be fought during this age and AS A RESULT it will take back humans to primitive age..It is kali yuga right now...According to hindu beliefs this is the yuga when the Kalki avatar of Vishnu will be born & will act as a saviour from all the destruction and take the remaining of the humans to the next cycle of yugas.
