This music is so beautiful and Lennie Moore is a genius. Starting at 4:14 a theme begins that sounds very simular to Coruscant music John Williams wrote for Attack of the Clones. Most notably the score that plays at the start of the film right before Anakin and Obi-Wan talk in the elevator. It sounds to me that he took the idea of that cue and developed it into an amazing theme!

In sweden it costs 450kr guess its about 40$, and thats the pre-acsess one, wich include yellow lightsaber orb and 30days gametime.

collectors edt cost about 1200kr, 120/100$.

@NimnirGaming yeah, the prices I quoted are correct including the collectors edition being $200 USD or £129.99 here in the UK. I think it is excessive especially with a monthly subscription that needs to be paid too.

I also read people are putting in advanced purchases for buying credits (Gold, just like in WOW) with people paying £650 ($1,000 US) for 1,000 credits !

I suppose theres alot of richer people than me out there prepared to part with their money

Not knocking what might be a great game but I can only imagine that, apart from the many bugs causing mayhem and server problems over Christmas, that people are going to be dissappointed.

Think so? I'm under strange impression that they didn't do too good job imitating John Williams' music. Definetely not on par with it. It has few nice parts to it, but it's merely a shadow of what it could be. In fact - in few points(talking about the soundtrack overall), you can just hear that they took Williams' music and cut parts of it off, making it sound weird at best.

Parts I enjoyed the most was KotOR theme, original saga music in game and probably this piece.

Hey, hey, drop the attitude, mate. All I was saying that the parts of original themes were cut in, well, IN MY OPINION, bad moments, resulting in, at least in MY CASE, the impression of bad editing. It's not bad for a game soundtrack to play in the background but definetely not something I'd put on stereo speakers and listen to. Except for a few, they're nice but the majority is just wannabe-Williams kinda sloppy edits. I respect Mr Moore but I think he should've done a lot better.

With swtor i thought there would be a change in that. I played in 3 beta testweekends now and didnt see much new things that other mmo's dont have. For example EVE online is one of the only unique games i know and was hoping that it would be the same with The old Republic.

@NickyVdln You are essentially describing the difference between a lineal quest-based RPG and a sandbox game. Eve is a sandbox game. This game is not horrible, even with game mechanics that are similar to RIFT, WOW, etc. TOR guides you along content in a lineal path (Bioware's method is what makes the game shine). TOR lets you experience its content in a dynamic way (with voice acting, user input to change quest objectives, and a very 'real' feel to its dynamic storytelling).

i can get most of that stuff on the net right now, the soundtrack which is right here, the malgus toy isnt anything special, nor is the journal of gnost dural, they used that instead of giving us the rest of the timeline vids, crafty sobs bioware are, some in game items, which to be fair arent anything special, a training droid that you can hit, big deal, holodancer, can see them in every cantina, flare gun and a crystal which normal editions get anyway, waste of money imo

@vincenttttkd Deceived and Revan are pretty good.  Fatal Alliance is okay, but just barely. It also barely has anything to do with the actual game and it's story line. It's very much a "side adventure," that doesn't continue on to any larger story.
