There are never parties because there are never guest over since there is no parking. It’s overpriced for not supplying the full college experience. Management sucks! There are never solutions to anything the residents complain about. The maintenance staff is great and the rooms are okay but nothing special. Spend the money at a better location like Malibu or sterling. The parties are better and you can actually have guest over without them getting towed.
