  • GREAT INFO!!

  • Thank you for your advice. I want to master WILD as it's the most reliable technique.

  • Ok so are you supposed to keep your mind awake during all of the stages and even while you are dreaming? Orrr can you just relax?

  • A way I usually WILD is

lie down facing straight up with my legs and arms slightly spread

and just keep like that and you usually go into paralysis quite quickly.

  • when you do WILD technique, you enter sleep paralysis. you are awake when it happens and it can be very frightening at first. you cant move, and you will probably feel pressure on ur chest and stomach. the reason for this is because your body is asleep. the other method MILD, involve you sleeping through sleep paralysis, this is what i do :P

  • is it possible to do a WILD by accident? i have noticed if i wake up in the middle of the night and go back to sleep i immediately go into the vibration stage skipping the others. i am fully aware that i am dreaming but its sooo scary! also my eyes are always open by this time. most of the time i just wake myself up because its so intense it almost hurts actually. like i feel a lot of pressure on my side. but a few times i waited it out and began lucid dreaming right away! any tips though?.

  • really great advice!

    thank from VN

  • Hello

I tried to do a wild and after about 15 minutes i had this spinning sensation like my body was spinning realy fast clockwise in bed also I had trouble breathing any ideas?

  • great video, very informative

    thanks for sharing your knowledge

and i can totally relate to what you were saying about falling asleep in your natural position, i have attempted wild's on my back and have failed, i sleep in the same position as you so tonight i am going to try it that way instead :)

  • hey man i really like your videos they seem to help a lot. i set my alarm for about 6 hours into my sleep last night woke up, wrote in my dream journal then laid right back down and tried to do a WILD (didn't even get out of bed) and i laid there for over an hour an absolutely nothing. Any ideas what i was doing wrong?

  • please answer my question on part 1 and if its ok could i ask you some more questions via messages? i really want to learn to lucid dream.

  • @tom1161 If you do...don't start with WILD...it's quite difficult...start with DILD or MILD...

  • thx, I really needed a spoken explanation.

  • great video, blessed be )O(
