@Sirbigwig lol Wilmer is from Miami, Florida. He is of Colombian and Venezuelan descent. He and his family moved to Venzuela when he was 3 and then moved to Los Angeles when he was 13. Thats probably how he got his accent. Since he moved to Venzuela at a young age, 3, he started to speak like the ppl around him. The official language of Venezuela is Spanish, but there are more indigenous dialects spoken as well. Thats why when he talks it sounds like a Spanish accent mixed with something else.
