@michaelcc84 get snow tires they make a huuge differnce and if you know how to drift anyway they aren't hard to drive at all in the snow

@michaelcc84 if you keep the throttle down and dont get on it too much itll be fine, i live in michigan too and the car i had as a dd was driven through the snow fine, except for that one day where it snowed like a bitch....got a little stuck, mustangs to surprisingly well in the snow for a RWD

I live in MI and drive a mustang - add about 300 lbs of weight in the trunk and you'll be ok.

mustang+ good snow tires+ 100 lbs in the trunk= solid winter car.

Nice. Does the mustang have a limited slip diff? Or the stock open diff? Call me a pussy ,but I wouldn't take my stang out in those conditions, even if it is a 6 banger....

i have michellin X ice Xi2 on my 2000 stang never got stuck, handled great just dont drive like an idiot and take your time

a mustang in the snow isnt rocket science. if you have the right tires and don't drive like a stupid teenager you should be fine. but hills + snow + mustang equals complete tire spinning.

mustangs are the worst in snow i have one and i can get stuck on a slight incline with just packed snow on the ground.... tires are yokahoma terrible in snow

Nope, haven't tried winter tires. I'm sure they would be a lot better but they'd still have MAJOR traction problems.
