I was a police officer in Cisco..pulled dash over in 1982 for no rear tail lamps in front of the first hilton hotel. said he was on his way to Ranger jr. college to pick up a date and take her to Abilene for a concert. Didnt have a clue who he was. Parked his car in the pd parking lot..she came got him. No. didnt give him a ticket,,just a written warning.

What happened? Greed. If you ask a child these days what they want to be, they won't say president or a fireman or what have you. They will usually say 'rich'. We have lost the urge to 'do the right/noble thing'.

Apparently it's ok to screw everyone over as long as you become or are rich. I do well, but I don't have to look over my shoulder for people that I fucked over, they don't exist.

Parents these days are wicked, they are worse than their children.
