  • this song lives so much from the good tone

  • Gotta say from personal experience. Coming from a person who owns a PRS 25 Custom 24. It's butter... regardless of skill level you feel like a god.

  • how does Djent/bulb stuff sound through a marshall?

  • Get a Carvin CT, I had also the dream for a PRS custom but now I'm reallly satisfied with my Carvin, I think i'ts better and the price/quality relation also better. You can check some videos in my channel. I play now this Carvin trough a Marshall JVM410 and I just rock with that setup :D

  • I would never recomend a ibanez guitar to anyone, most of them can only be put in standard and drop d tuning, get a schecter hellraiser c-7 ;) if u really wanna see a good guitar.

  • Did Andrew go for the PRS?

and how was it? I've never played on real PRS besides the SE models

  • @ScapedUp Andrew's still choosing his 6 string, but he is thinking of a jp6 mystic dream now, the prs was sweet, i loved it. :)

  • @Slash01 I think Andrew should choose the jp6.

and btw where do you guys get all this money?!!?!?!

  • @Slash01 get a rosewood neck bfr or jpx if you get a petrucci you won't regret it i think they're much more comfortable to play on than the mystic dreams even though there hasn't been a cooler finish on the petruccis thus far

  • @brandon5pennies I was thinking of a bfr cherryburst, but it's so damn expensive :/.

  • @Necrocannibal83 yeah they're pricey but well worth the cash you dish out if you're on a budget get a carvin they're fantastic from what i've heard

  • sick

  • what tuning is this inn?

  • @MrSwapp2 It's being played here in drop D

  • I was fortunate enough to own one of these for several months and I can say that I honestly wasn't that impressed. They're nice guitars, but too expensive (even though I paid next to nothing).

I picked up an Ibby with similar specs, and after a pup switch, it sounds as good if not better than the CU. You'll being lusting after one...up until the point you realize you could've bought several pieces of gear instead. (especially being that you all live in Scotland, correct?)

  • @Wattyb2 nah i disagree, they sure are expensive but i would never swap my PRS for an ibanez, it just has something about it. I doubt i'd want to own more than one though,

  • @iamrichlol

I know, I wanted a PRS after I saw one for the first time, there is something about them. However, after playing it for six months and having other guitars to compare it to, I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped to be. Nice instruments for sure, but there is something missing...

Plus, the ibby I got looks just about like a black machine with the new BKP's I dropped in, so there's always that consolation...

  • @Wattyb2 Really? ah well i'm still to make a final decision on a new 6 string.

We were pretty hungover in this video, so maybe that made the guitar seem the beez kneez? I dunno

  • @Slash01 I'd say look into checking out an RGA121. Don't know if they'd be readily available used since they're discontinued, but I paid 500 for mine plus a couple bills for the pup swap and it kicks the PRS's ass....

  • great
